I am so grateful that you've taken the time to check out my site and I hope you've found it to be a resource for you.
Please take a few minutes to check out the websites of some of my friends - I know some truly spectacular people!
LET ME INTRODUCE YOU:
Beverly has been my voice teacher since 1993 and I love her dearly. She is a very accomplished performer with a long list of Broadwy and Regional credits, but she is also so generous with her vast knowledge of singing and the mechanics of the voice - she truly develops her students and helps them create the voice they want. She is a dedicated teacher, a brilliant performer and a beautiful person.
These guys really know how to rock and are quickly becoming Fairfield County's hottest cover band. They are playing out a lot in 2012, so check out the website for upcoming dates - then grab your friends and come on out. You'll probably see me there!
Although Gina is one of my best friends, I am not biased in saying she is the most incredible hairdresser in the world! She has such amazing taste and an innate instinct for what will look good on you. She is a master sylist/ colorist who has worked for top salons in New York, and lucky you...she's here in Fairfield County. Check out the website for HEADLINERS SALON to make an appointment - Gina is at the one in TRUMBULL. Women AND Men (she cuts my boyfriend's hair, as well). When you make your appointment, be sure to get the correct address, though...the one on the website is incorrect! In other news, Gina is also an extremely talented performer who just played Edna in BTC's production of Hairspray - in fact, we met when we did Rocky Horror together. She's also a walking encyclopedia of Broadway!
Eli Newsom does everything. He's the Artistic Director for Bridgeport Theatre Company, he created the Tap Dance Made Easy video teaching system (#1 seller on Amazon.com), he plays piano, acts, sings, directs, produces - he's also a Financial Planner and all-around great guy. No wonder he was one of the 40-Under-40 in Fairfield County in 2011.
Brian is a good friend of mine who has helped me in so many ways. We first met while we were both in The Rocky Horror Show in 2009 - he played Brad (asshole!) and I played Magenta. Besides being a great performer, I came to learn of his other abundant artistic talents - designer, illustrator, painter, writer, director, and more! Please check out his website to see what he does...and you can even buy some of his wonderfully whimsical work in his Etsy shop!
